While we aim to work only with trusted accommodation providers, Empire Signature Stays Ltd does not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, defect, or issue arising directly from the property itself or the actions or omissions of the property owner or operator.

Any concerns relating to the physical property, safety, or accommodation standards should be reported to the relevant property provider or manager responsible for the accommodation.
